Privacy Policy

Effective July 1, 2026 · Last updated July 1, 2026

Your trust matters to us, so we’ve written this in plain English. This policy explains what information we collect, why, how we protect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, just email us — we’re happy to explain.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

This Privacy Policy explains how Lever Logic AI LLC (“Lever Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information. We help small businesses put AI to work — starting with a short assessment of where automation saves time and money.

  • Email: hello@leverlogicai.com
  • Website: leverlogicai.com
  • Mailing address: [PLACEHOLDER: mailing address]

If you have questions about this policy or your personal information, email us at hello@leverlogicai.com.

2. What data we collect

(a) Information from website visitors

  • Free-assessment submissions: the answers you type into our six-question assessment about how your business operates.
  • Contact and booking details: your name, email, phone number, and company name when you use our contact form, email us, or book a call.
  • Scheduling data: when you book a call, that booking is handled by Cal.com and may include your name, email, and the time you select.
  • Usage and analytics data: basic technical information such as your device type, browser, pages visited, and referring links, collected through cookies or similar tools. See Cookies & tracking.
[INCLUDE ONLY IF WE DELIVER AUTOMATIONS — remove if assessment-only]

(b) Information we access when delivering services

For Growth Partner and Enterprise engagements, we build automations that connect to tools you already use — such as your CRM, calendar, accounting software, and email or inbox. To do that, you may grant us access to those systems. Through that access we may process two kinds of information:

  • Your business data: records, documents, messages, settings, and other content inside the tools you connect.
  • Data about your own customers and leads: for example, contact details, inquiry history, appointments, and communications that live in your systems.

When we handle data about your customers or leads, you are the party responsible for that data (often called the “controller”) and we act on your behalf (a “processor” or service provider). We only use it to provide the services you’ve asked for.

3. How and why we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate your assessment results and recommendations.
  • Respond to your messages, schedule calls, and follow up about our services.
  • Deliver, maintain, and improve the automations and services you engage us for.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and understand how it’s used.
  • Send service-related communications and, where permitted, occasional updates.
  • Comply with law and enforce our agreements.

We do not use your business data or your customers’ data to train general-purpose AI models for our own unrelated purposes.

5. Third-party processors and subprocessors

We rely on a small set of trusted service providers to run our business. They may process personal information on our behalf, and are expected to protect it. Our current providers include:

  • Scheduling: Cal.com (call bookings).
  • Email delivery / contact form: [PLACEHOLDER: email provider — e.g. Resend].
  • Hosting / infrastructure: [PLACEHOLDER: hosting provider — e.g. Vercel].
  • Analytics: [PLACEHOLDER: analytics provider — e.g. Google Analytics].
  • AI processing: [PLACEHOLDER: AI provider used for the assessment — e.g. Anthropic].
[INCLUDE ONLY IF WE DELIVER AUTOMATIONS — remove if assessment-only]

When we build automations for you, we also work with the tools you choose to connect (your CRM, calendar, accounting, and email providers) and any automation platforms used to link them. Those tools are governed by their own privacy policies. A full list of subprocessors for your engagement can be provided on request: [PLACEHOLDER: link or list of integrated tools / subprocessors].

6. How we share data — and our no-sale commitment

We share personal information only in these situations:

  • With the service providers listed above, so they can perform work for us.
  • When you direct us to (for example, connecting a tool you’ve chosen).
  • To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not trade your data for money or other valuable consideration.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including:

  • Limiting access to data to people who need it to do their work.
  • Encrypting data in transit (for example, HTTPS across our website) and using reputable providers for storage.
  • Handling any credentials or access tokens you grant carefully, and revoking access when an engagement ends or when you ask.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we work to protect your information and to keep our practices current.

8. Data retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — to provide our services, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

[INCLUDE ONLY IF WE DELIVER AUTOMATIONS — remove if assessment-only]

For business or customer data we access to deliver automations, we retain it only for the duration of your engagement and a reasonable wind-down period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires otherwise. Specific retention periods can be set in your service agreement: [PLACEHOLDER: retention period for client-integrated data].

You can ask us to delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@leverlogicai.com.

9. Data breach notification

If we become aware of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will investigate promptly, take steps to contain and remedy it, and notify affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable law and within any legally required timeframes.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, and to opt out of certain uses. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; request access to and a copy of that information; request deletion; request correction; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CPRA. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a right to limit its use. You may exercise these rights using the contact methods below, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

[include if serving EU/UK users]

EEA / UK (GDPR & UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the rights to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object based on your particular situation.

11. How to submit a rights request

To make a privacy request, email hello@leverlogicai.com with the details of your request. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

[INCLUDE ONLY IF WE DELIVER AUTOMATIONS — remove if assessment-only]

If your request concerns data that belongs to one of our business clients (for example, you are a customer of a business we work with), we will refer your request to that business, since they control that data, and assist them as needed.

12. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

Do Not Track: our site currently responds to browser “Do Not Track” signals as follows: [PLACEHOLDER: DNT handling — confirm once analytics provider is chosen]. Details about the specific analytics tools we use will be listed here once finalized: [PLACEHOLDER: analytics/cookie details].

13. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and for people who are at least 18 years old. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 13 within the meaning of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. International data transfers

[include if applicable — we and our providers are US-based]

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. If we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses: [PLACEHOLDER: transfer mechanism details, if serving those regions].

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top, and for material changes we’ll take additional steps to notify you where appropriate. Your continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.

16. Contact us about privacy
